Carlos has worked in life sciences recruitment since 2016 and is passionate about contributing to the development of life-changing therapies.  He has a strong track record recruiting across Clinical Operations and Development, while also placing senior talent in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Medical Affairs.

Carlos is known for his industry knowledge, warmth, and perseverance, building long-term relationships grounded in trust.

Outside work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, has a keen interest in business and occasionally flies to Madrid to watch his beloved Real Madrid play.
