As a Co-Founder of Elixir Associates, Jake manages day-to-day Elixir operations while focusing on building senior leadership teams for Biotech and life science companies across North America and Europe. With over ten years’ experience, he has developed long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering Director through to C-Suite hires with precision and pace.

Known for his structured approach, clarity, and commitment, Jake thrives on solving complex hiring challenges and ensuring every appointment drives impact.

Outside of work, he spends time with his family, including his young son and dog. Jake plays golf and tennis, but will try his hand at most competitive sports and is a loyal Chelsea FC season ticket holder.
