Asad drives Elixir’s business development, bringing over a decade of life science recruitment and leadership experience.  A multi-award-winning recruiter, he has helped Clinical Stage Biotech, Bio-Pharma, and CRO organisations build high-performing teams across North America – spanning retained executive search, permanent hiring, contract solutions, and exclusive project work.

A regular at global events including OCT, ASH, ASCO, and VC incubator seminars, Asad is known for his energy, insight, and ability to forge lasting senior partnerships.

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and following Arsenal, NCAA college football, and basketball.
